Cream Puffs
I got this recipe from a neighbor a couple years ago. I love making these because they are cheap and easy. Let me know if you try this recipe and what you think.THE PUFFS:
1 cup Water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter to boiling. Stir flour in vigorously over low heat until it forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs 1 at a time until smooth. Drop on a baking sheet about 1/4 cupful about 3 inches apart. Bake 35 - 40 min. Let cool and fill.
THE FILLING:
8 oz cool whip (thawed)
1 big package of instant pudding
1 1/2 cup milk
mix pudding and milk until smooth. mix in cool whip and fill puffs.
(i normally use chocolate pudding, but don’t be afraid to try other flavors!)
